Draw Stations
Mobile Phlebotomy: Testing Matters prides ourselves with our Mobile Phlebotomy Department. We understand that finding a laboratory for a blood draw may not always be easy, for that reason we can bring our services to you! Our services can be dispatched to a variety of settings, including but not limited to homebound patients, skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities, at home or even at work.
Clinical: Testing Matters offers a comprehensive array of diagnostic tests required in everyday clinical practice. We provide home-bound specimen collection, courier and stat service for added convenience.
Stat: Daily, 24 Hour Testing Program: STAT request is one which all possible speed and prioritization is used to analyze and report test to a physician who requires the information to make an urgent patient care decision. Results for tests that are ordered STAT are available within 4 hours of notification for courier pick-up or within 2 hours of receipt by our lab. The ordering physician will be contacted as soon as testing is completed.

ACCESSING BENEFITS
Allow 15 days after signup to access USA benefits (applies to USA benefits only). Once you’ve found the provider you need from our Florida Network list, accessing your benefits is easy.
Simply:
1. Contact FirstCare Medical Plan’s Concierge at info@firstcaremedicalplan.com and they will contact the doctor for you and schedule your appointment. Please ensure that you call ahead at least 3- 5 days before travel.
2. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment and present your First Care Medical Plan card (you MUST have your card on-hand for verification).
3) When done, pay the discounted rate for the services that you have received.
For any issues while at the Providers office, please contact our Customer Care Department via email at assistance@Instabewell.com or (877) 776-6650 USA from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Providers are contracted via Instabewell Network access to render services at a FIXED discounted rate. If you use a provider outside of the Instabewell network, you will not receive the negotiated rate and you will have to pay the full rate that the provider requires.
